The first part of our “Styles of Yoga” series is going to be about the most vigorous and athletic types of yoga. These include Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga, which help you build incredible strength, flexibility, mobility, balance, coordination, core stability, and focus. Heather Gaunt will guide you through an Ashtanga sequence that will help you diversify your yoga practice and give you some challenging postures to work towards as you continue to practice!
