Styles of Yoga Part 3: Yoga Breathing Styles for Stress Relief

Join us for the third part of our Styles of Yoga Workshop on April 4th in the Mind/Body Studio for a time of learning and practicing yoga breathing techniques for stress relief! All too often we live in our “fight or flight” – or “sympathetic” nervous system, leading to extreme stress and burnout. One of our yoga instructors will teach you yoga breathing styles and techniques that you can use at home to activate your “parasympathetic” nervous system – or your “rest and digest” nervous system. There may be light movement involved so please dress comfortably. Signups are available 24 hours in advance and space is limited.
