Stressed out? Over-extended? Overwhelmed? Sometimes opportunities can start to feel like burdens, and even small things on your schedule can feel heavy. This is a small group (maximum of 12 participants) that will meet three times over the course of two months to discuss ways to prevent and manage stress to help you lighten the load.
